Chief Executive Officer
Jonna Ward is the Founder, Chief Executive Officer, and Chair of the Board for Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP). Jonna founded VIP in 1996 by leveraging her unwavering commitment to client satisfaction and using her innate ability to balance insight and ideals with tactical action and results. The successful execution of this commitment is best evidenced by VIP’s proven track record of repeat business and referrals that contribute 90% of VIP’s revenue.
Through Jonna’s strategic, operational, and financial leadership, she created and transformed VIP from a company operating out of her back bedroom to a global consulting firm offering management consulting and technology solutions spanning both the public sector and commercial markets for over 1,000 clients.
Prior to founding VIP, Jonna was an executive with Accenture where she implemented mega-sized systems focused on increasing revenue, maximizing performance, and streamlining processes for some of the largest entities in the U.S. Jonna is well-known for her commitment to philanthropic involvement supporting a variety of organizations and for her active participation in government reform activities.
President, Meridian Knowledge Solutions
Jeff Kristick is the President of Meridian Knowledge Solutions, a cloud software subsidiary of VIP (www.meridianks.com). He oversees all business operations, including global sales, services, customer support, marketing, and product development. Jeff is a learning and human capital management industry veteran with more than 15 years of proven global enterprise software leadership. Jeff joins Meridian from Oracle, where he most recently served as vice president of the HCM Business Unit. At Oracle Jeff led a team responsible for global go-to-market initiatives, product marketing and sales support.
Prior to Oracle, Jeff held various executive and senior leadership positions at SuccessFactors, an SAP Company, where he was responsible for developing and executing on a high growth strategy for their learning and HCM solutions. Jeff joined SuccessFactors when they acquired Plateau Systems, a leader in learning and talent management, where he was the Senior Vice President of Marketing. Jeff began his software career at Siebel Systems and Tibco, where he played leadership roles in the deployment of numerous product development, go-to-market, and customer satisfaction initiatives. He holds an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management and earned his BS in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Naval Academy.
Chief Operations Officer and Managing Director, Commercial
Kelli Schnieder is the Chief Operations Officer (COO) and Managing Director, Commerical for Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP). She is responsible for leading the commercial sales team as well as federal, state and local, and commercial delivery teams. In this role, Kelli helps foster VIP’s highly-partnered approach, which is underscored by her passion for customer success and satisfaction. She brings more than 19 years of IT consulting experience spanning a wide variety of industries, which allows her to better understand clients’ needs and tailor solutions with VIP’s services. Prior to VIP, Kelli held key consulting positions at CGI and Ajilon Consulting, which included various management positions as well as hands-on consulting roles to meet the needs of Fortune 500 clients.
Managing Director, Public Sector
Nishant Agrawal is the Managing Director for Visionary Integration Professional’s (VIP) Public Sector business. In this role, he leverages VIP’s breadth of system integration, enterprise application, and program/project management capabilities to help public sector clients overcome complex business problems. Nishant is focused on growing public sector sales and expanding VIP’s alliances with leading and emerging technology companies that deliver measurable results and help transform client organizations. Prior to joining VIP, Nishant held leadership roles at KPMG/BearingPoint where he provided management and oversight for large-scale IT initiatives. He has over two decades of experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Engineering.
Chief Financial Officer
Patti Bennion is the Chief Financial Officer of Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP). In this role, Patti maximizes the value we deliver to existing and future clients and is charged with managing all accounting and treasury functions, financial analysis, and financial reporting requirements for VIP. Over the course of Patti’s career, she has held a range of roles including CFO, Controller, and Senior Financial Analyst, as well as Principal Consultant implementing large ERP systems for both public sector and commercial clients. Patti’s 25+ years of experience working for Deloitte, Foundation Health Corporation, and others has brought VIP a breadth of great leadership and management experiences.
Chief Administrative Officer
Steve Carpenter is the Vice President of Visionary Integration Professionals’ (VIP’s) Legal and Administrative divisions. Steve brings 25 years of progressive and diverse experience with corporate operations. His areas of expertise include legal, contract administration, mergers and acquisitions, corporate compliance, security, collections, company insurance, and procurement. Prior to joining VIP, Steve performed similar functions for a large systems integration and public accounting firm. Steve brings a unique background and combination of capabilities that has served VIP well since 1997.
Chief People Officer
Jill Peters is the Chief People Officer (CPO) for Visionary Integration Professionals (VIP). She is responsible for leading and aligning all aspects of VIP’s recruiting and human resources (HR) initiatives with business objectives including talent acquisition, organizational change, leadership development, employee relations, compliance, employee benefit plans and payroll. Jill is passionate about going beyond the act of simply listening by fostering an organization committed to creating employee experiences that differentiate VIP as a talent destination. She has accumulated more than 15 years of HR experience, stretching across the technology, public finance and urban economics, and retail industries.
